Ertuğrul Akben is an AI and systems strategist based in Türkiye. He has worked in the digital industry since 2008 and founded Ağabeyoğlu Grup A.Ş. in Istanbul in 2016, a company working in media, software and construction. He advises companies on process analysis, custom AI systems, software, integration and automation.
He does not position AI as a chatbot or a content tool, but as an operational layer that connects CRM, ERP, finance, human resources, production, quality and field operations.

A field study measuring the AI maturity of small and medium-sized enterprises in Türkiye: 490 companies and 1,414 participants across seven geographic regions.
